Its main objective is to simplify all the steps users have to go through while trying to activate a package. For example, before the subscriber had to remember a complicated USSD code syntax to access account information or activate a package. Now, all these are only a screen tap away.
Developed by one of the most dynamic services company in the ICT sector on the continent People Input, the app is totally free and is a must-have for all Expresso subscribers. This is a good example of a big company trusting the african local know-how in their quest for market domination.
