Burkina Faso: 127 iPads given to members of the parliament

Prior to the four days training that will be provided to the deputies for the efficient use of their new tool, Soungalo Ouattara, President of the institution, has presided the delivery of 127 Apple iPads, one for each member of the National Assembly .

An event organised to distribute the tablets took place on Wednesday, October 2 in the capital city of Burkina Faso. This initiative is described as a step towards the modernization of the parliament which is aiming to stay in tune with the information technology and communication.

Thus, the presidents of the five parliamentary groups received from the President of the AN brand new terminals: 4th generation iPads, with a storage capacity of 64 gigabytes, with wifi and 3G.
