Facebook Launches Collaborative Photo Albums

BY ALEXANDRE LETTE

The 1 billion strong social network wants to use its audience as a pillar for collaborative photos. Facebook has just launched a new function that allows users to publish their photos through shared albums that can have as many as 50 contributors.

Each contributor will be able to invite his/her friends so that they can do the same and add up to 200 photos. At the moment, the new feature is available only in the US and English-speaking audience.

It will now be possible to have an incredible number of pictures of an event on one single album. This will save you from having to go through your friends’ individual pages to see the photos. A quick and simple way to unite in one space your family holiday photos or your last road trip photos.
