The site of the oil company Petro Gabon was down all weekend after an attack signed #opgabon unit from the famous hacktivist group Anonymous. The attack’s purpose was to put forward what the group considers an unstable political situation in the country.
“Greetings citizens of the world. This is Anonymous. We have received a message from activists group #OpGabon and would like to share it with you,” began the message published online to call the world’s attention onto Gabon.
The site has since gone back online even if on Petro Gabon‘s homepage, the company has stated that the site will be up and running in… 118 days.
