This Sunday, South Africa will host the launch of the training programme targeted to tech-entrepreneurs. The Founder Institute programme is an initiative by the foundation bearing its name, is looking to globalize the Sillicon Valley concept by creating ecosystems with potential all over the world. The 4-month trainning is open to South African entrepreneurs.
Adeo RESSI, the founder and CEO of The Founder Institute has stated that Johannesburg is the ideal setting in South Africa to establish these sorts of innitiatives as there is a growing demand from professionals seeking to get involved in the domain of technology.
“We are hoping to provide a support structure for these talented individuals to begin building their own companies, and my goal is to help launch over 20 meaningful and enduring technology companies per year in the city,” added RESSI.
Founder Institute has signed a partnership with Microsoft BizSpark, thus making registration free for those coming in before the launch.
