TechCamps, a program set in motion by the US Department and its e-Diplomacy office, is looking for Eastern African technologists to participate in a two-day interactive event which will begin early September in Nairobi.
The theme of the event is “Tech-For-Social-Good” and will primarily be focused on the health sector. This year, participants from Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda will be selected. The workshops are designed to empower civil groups and all the organizations that are helping in bring stability in the chosen region (this would include NGOs).
