All is well with SONATEL! The Senegalese company has announced that it made a net profit of $182 million during this year’s first semester as opposed to the last year’s $174 million.
The company has stated that its profit has in the first six months has grown by 10.3%, reaching $716 million as opposed to last year’s $650 million.
The growth is mostly attributed to the rise of internet use via mobile while the network provider which operates in Senegal, Guinea, Mali and Guinea Bissau has reached 1 million users in the first half of the year.
