Motorola: Preparing a Comeback With New Phone This Fall


The announcement was made by the group’s CEO Dennis WOODSIDE. Motorola, who was once ranked as leader a few years ago, has seen its market shares diminish in the heartless battle within the mobile market. Since then, the company was bought by Google for $12.5 million and is now announcing the upcoming arrival of a new device, the Moto X, which will be built on the American soil.

The new smartphone will debut in a market dominated by iPhones and the ever-growing Samsung Galaxy product line. WOODSIDE has declared that the Moto X will benefit from Motorola’s expertise in terms of energy consumption of cellphone batteries. The Motorola engineers have, among other things, created processors that will help saving energy, WOODSIDE added, without going further into details.
